Service agreements

    Scantago A/S offers service agreements based on the customer’s specific needs.

    A service agreement may include an agreement on a fixed periodic service, including calibration.

    We offer to help the customer control the service and calibration interval, for example 6 or 12 months – where we contact the customer approx. 4 weeks before the service or the calibration term – and agree on the solution of the task.

    We are flexible with regards to the design of service agreements, the scope of service and customization of customer-specific wishes and requirements.
