We also have extensive experience with trouble shooting of both autoclaves and the actual sterilization process.
Among other things, we have equipment for validating the sterilization processes, which are carried out in relation to relevant standards, as well as equipment for steam quality testing according to DS/EN 285:2015.
All our services are documented and executed in accordance with Good Documentation Practice.
Autoclaves (Vertical)
Scantago A/S sell and offer service on small autoclaves for use in laboratories.
These autoclaves are mainly used in laboratories and clinics where equipment and media/substrates are sterilized.
The autoclave just needs connection to a 230 V supply and filled with demineralized water – and it is ready for use. Accessories such as baskets and containers suitable for the autoclaves can be supplied.
The autoclaves are very compact and have an integrated control with LED display, which shows the current operating status of the autoclave. The autoclaves, of course, have a built-in safety feature which prevents the autoclave from being opened during operation.
The autoclaves are EU type approved. These autoclaves are not covered by the Danish Working Environment Authority’s requirement for periodic inspection, since the autoclaves belong to control class C (AT declaration Order 1977, October 2021), which means that they are not subject to requirements for periodic public inspection.
They just need to be maintained and checked according to the manufacturer’s instructions by a competent service provider.
